Our core competences

Molecular genetics

The molecular genetics laboratory carries out DNA analyses using classical (e.g. Sanger sequencing) methods. (e.g. Sanger sequencing and MLPA) and state-of-the-art (e.g. NGS) methods.

Tumour genetics

Tumour genetics uses state-of-the-art molecular and cytogenetic methods to detect genetic changes that are relevant for confirming the diagnosis and optimising therapy.

Cytogenetics

The cytogenetics laboratory performs analyses at the chromosomal and molecular cytogenetic level using classical and state-of-the-art molecular cytogenetic methods including array CGH.

Pregnancy screening

Clinical biochemical laboratory tests are carried out as part of pregnancy screening.

We offer patient-friendly, personalised genetic counselling by specialists in human genetics for all clinical and diagnostic issues at several locations in central Germany (Chemnitz, Leipzig, Halle, Erfurt, Meerane, Dresden). The company

Our company was founded in 1993 and has since created more than 100 jobs in the fields of cytogenetics, molecular genetics and genetic counselling. Our interdisciplinary team consists of doctors, natural scientists, computer scientists, medical technical assistants, nurses and medical assistants who complement each other perfectly and work together in a co-operative and transparent manner.[/vc_column_text]
